Trout Farm

It takes long way from the egg to the edible trout. In our awarded farm we gently raise our trouts only using best GMO-free feed and without a hurry allowing the trouts up to three years to grow up (which is on average one year longer, than the normal trouts available in the super market). Furthermore we benefit from three different oxygen-rich spring waters. In this way we can long-time guarantee our superior quality.

In the next step our kitchen then ennobles the trouts in a way, that is seeking for comparison. That’s why we are listed under Germany’s Top Fresh-water Fish Restaurants (in “Der Feinschmecker”)
