Restaurant

Our cozy restaurant offers specialties from our own trout farm (more then 30 different classic and exquisite trout dishes), as well as dishes prepared from regional meat or chicken. A particular highlight is the regionally prepared deer. In addition we offer special dishes for kids and vegetarians.

Of course we are also everyday baking the world famous Black Forest Cherry Pie according to a more than 100 year old recipe.

For all dishes we are preferring regional products with known origin.
