The "Lädele" in the Mill Museum

A piece of the Black Forest to remember or regional delicacies for those who stayed at home, with us you are sure to find the right thing.

The shop

Right next to our mill museum, in which you can immerse yourself in a world like 100 years ago and learn more about that time and the way from grain to flour, we have placed our small, but fine and lovingly furnished mill shop. Here regional specialties line up with exclusive, home-made products and unique mementos and attractive souvenirs. And for the little ones with a sweet tooth and big connoisseurs, ice cream, coffee and the Zäpfle await, one of the best beers in the Black Forest.

Selbstgemachte, deftige Köstlichkeiten

Culinary delights

As in our kitchen, we pay attention to high quality and regional origin in our products. For example, oils, seasonal pesti and jams or the well-known Black Forest ham complete our culinary offer and offer you Black Forest enjoyment at home. And what would a mill shop be without flour and baked goods? You can also look forward to biscuits, baking mixes and freshly ground spelled flour.
