- Evening: 5:30 - 8:00 pm
- We don’t take any reservations between 12:15 pm and 5:15 pm. We assign our guests to free tables as they arrive.
- Terrace: it is unfortunately not to reserve a table on the terrace.
- Dogs: max. 1 dog per reservation

Menus
On our menus, you’ll find a large range of trout dishes (from our farm) as well as many regional specialities and game dishes. We naturally also offer creative vegetarian dishes. Our selected wine list contains a large number of Baden wines as well as many special international wines.

Atmosphere
Our guest rooms
Our cosy guest rooms are the ideal place to enjoy some culinary indulgence. The various dining areas and rooms have been regularly renovated and still retain their traditional Black Forest charm. Our large, covered and smoke-free terrace is the ideal place to spend time in summer. The restaurant at the Tannenmühle is also barrier-free and the toilets are suitable for wheelchairs.
Our dining areas and rooms offer unique flair and tell the history of our hotel. The “Mühlenstube” is reminiscent of the original flour mill from which the Tannenmühle evolved. The "Friedrich-Anton Stube" is a homage to grandfather Fritz, who laid the foundation for our gastronomy business. The "Laurentius" room stands for high-quality cuisine and is dedicated to the patron saint of cooks.
